Darshak Shah

2009 Mentor

Darshak is a mentor at the University of Pennsylvania InnoWorks Chapter.

Darshak Shah is a rising senior at the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. He is in the Roy and Diana Vagelos Program in Life Sciences and Management. He will earn a B.S. in Economics, concentrating in Finance and Healthcare Management, as well as a B.A. in Biology. Darshak has been associated with the Penn Chapter of Innoworks since its conception in 2007, acting as a staff member. Aside from that, he is an active member in the Penn community. He, along with several close friends, re-colonized the Delta Chapter of Sigma Pi Fraternity. He's also a member of Phi Gamma Nu Professional Business Fraternity and the Wharton Cohort Director system. In the past, he has conducted financial research with his professors, clinical research as a part of an internship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and tutored and served as a Teaching Assistant for Corporate Finance courses. Most recently, he worked at a venture capital fund focused on financing pharmaceutical and energy startup companies.
