Alex Bagley

Curriculum Officer

Alex is the Director of Funding and Sponsorships, Harvard-MIT.

Born and raised in Boston, Alex graduated from MIT in 2008, where he majored in Chemical Engineering and Biology and minored in Biomedical Engineering. Alex is currently an MD-PhD student in the HST Division of Harvard Medical School.

At MIT, he conducted research at the Whitehead Institute, played on the Varsity basketball team, and helped teach the undergraduate Genetics course. Through his engineering training, he has had opportunities to work at Merck as well as a start-up biotechnology company developing the next generation of biofuels.

Alex is excited to be part of the first medical InnoWorks program and will focus on fundraising and curriculum development in the months ahead.
