Elise Dihlmann-Malzer

2009 Mentor

Originally from La Crosse, WI, Elise Dihlmann-Malzer is now a junior at the University of Pennsylvania majoring in psychology and completing her pre-med requirements. This is her first year working as an InnoWorks mentor.

Outside of her academics, Elise works as a research assistant at Dr. Edna Foa's Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Elise is an avid foodie and is very involved with Penn's culinary magazine, Penn Appetit. She also serves as the treasurer for PubCo, Penn's cooperative for student-run publications, and for Synapse, Penn's undergraduate medical journal.

In her spare time, Elise enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, being outside, and rooting (mostly fruitlessly) for the Chicago Cubs.
