Eric Zhao

2010-11 Senior Advisor, 2009 Director

Eric grew up in Novi, Michigan, which is about 30 minutes from Ann Arbor. He has been a U of M fan ever since he was born and proudly did his undergraduate at Michigan. Eric is a recipient of the 2006 University of Michigan Regents Merit Scholarship and the 2007 William C. Ford Jr. Scholarship. He spent his first two years of college in the Honors College and ended up finishing his pharmacy pre-requisites in two years. Currently, he is spending his third year of college in Michigan's College of Pharmacy as a P1 and only has four more years to go until he earns his Pharm.D. This is his second year of involvement with InnoWorks.

At the College of Pharmacy, Eric is a member of the American Pharmacists Association - Student Chapter and the Phi Delta Chi Professional Pharmacy Fraternity. Once a month, Eric drives home to Novi to work as a pharmacy intern at CVS/pharmacy. In the future, Eric is thinking of becoming a clinical pharmacist, nuclear pharmacist, or a pharmacist in the industry.

In his spare time, Eric participates in intramural football, basketball, and broomball. His intramural football team has won the college-wide championship in 2007 and 2008, and they are planning for a three-peat in 2009. He enjoys working out, playing all sports, and hanging out with his friends. His latest accomplishment is completing a triathlon in the summer of 2008.

InnoWorks is a Winner of the 2007 BRICK Awards
