Anna Kim

Chief Funding Officer

Anna Elizabeth Kim is a junior at Boston University majoring in Human Phsiology and minoring in both Spanish Literature and Biology. She was part of the staff at the Innoworks Camp at the Boston University Chapter in the summer of 2008.

In college, she is an active member of Alpha Phi Omega, a service and leadership fraternity, where she is involved in community service throughout her campus and the greater Boston area. She also has been a member of the Premedical Society for 2 years, and enjoys cultural groups such as the Chinese and Korean Student Organizations. Throughout high school, she worked in the Catherization Laboratory at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as well as the Children's Hospital, focusing on cardiovascular diseases. Elected as Vanderbilt Medical Explorer's Program's President, she introduced the university's general surgeons and held lectures for students interested in the medical field. In the summer of 2007, she participated in research with Ph.D. students at Vanderbilt to publish lab manuals and other texts for professors involving MRI. A former president of Mu Alpha Theta, a national math society, she led over 200 students at her high school to conferences, county-wide competitions, and other national events.

In addition, Anna has participated in the Nashville Youth Symphony Orchestra and the Nashville Youth Repertory Orchestra for 6 years, performing at Ingram Hall at the Blair School of Music.
