Jessica Sullivan

Mentor

Jessica Sullivan is currently a junior in Boston University’s College of Arts and Sciences. She is a biology major in the pre-veterinary studies program, and is minoring in the Spanish language. Recently she has decided to specialize in ecology and conservation biology, and one day hopes to pursue a career that will integrate her love of science and animals, as well as utilize her Spanish.

Jessica is from North Andover, Massachusetts, which is located about 30 minutes north of Boston. During High School, Jessica was involved in the big sister program, and was a peer tutor. She also volunteered for four years at the M.S.P.C.A’s children’s educational summer camp. Here she realized her love of working with middle-school aged children, a factor that influenced her participation with InnoWorks.

At BU, Jessica works on campus at the Agganis Arena, selling tickets for concerts and various BU sporting events. She also plays intramural basketball during the winter. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and traveling when she gets the chance. While on campus she enjoys hanging out with her friends, watching movies, cooking with her roommate, and exploring Boston.
