Cyrus Amoozegar

2007 Director

Cyrus Amoozegar is a junior majoring in Biomedical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering and minoring in Chemistry and Chinese. He volunteered as a staff member for the 2006 �Explorations Program� and will be Director for the 2007 Program. He is currently a Pratt Undergraduate Research Fellow doing biophotonics research under Dr. Adam Wax. He has also done research in Constructal Theory under Dr. Adrian Bejan and has written a chapter entitled �Constructal Theory of Written Language� for the upcoming book Constructal Theory of Social Dynamics .

Cyrus plans to continue his education after he graduates by enrolling in an MD/PhD program and hopefully ultimately become a surgeon with a teaching appointment.
