Kevin Son

2012-2013 Co-Director, 2012 Mentor

Kevin Son is a Junior majoring in biology at Johns Hopkins University. He started to gain interest in the field of biological science during his internship at the National Cancer Institute where he learned to utilize his scientific knowledge into research. He is now on his path to a career in the dental field where he wishes to incorporate his science and math backgrounds with hand dexterity. He is currently involved in research at the chemical engineering department as well as other scientific fields to become more knowledgeable every day.

Kevin is currently involved in Hopkins club soccer and enjoys watching sports such as soccer, football, and basketball with friends.

Kevin first started working for InnoWorks in summer 2012, where he worked as a camp mentor. He really enjoyed being able to share his knowledge with the kids at the camp and looks forward for the upcoming camp in summer 2013. He aspires to inspire kids to become more involved in science and math in hopes of them pursuing a career relating to these fields.
