Ketaki Panse

2013 Deputy Chief Financial Officer

Ketaki Panse is currently a junior at Caltech. She is majoring in Neurobiology with a minor in English. After graduating, she plans to attend medical school.

Ketaki has been actively involved in community service projects since high school. She has worked with the H.V Desai Eye Hospital and blind schools in Pune, India to provide eye care to those who cannot afford it. She is currently involved in volunteer projects in Pasadena through the Caltech Y. This is her second year working with Innoworks.

Through Caltech's SURF program, Ketaki has done research in the David Anderson lab for 2 years, studying the neural pathway for hunger and behavior in fruit flies. She hopes to publish her work this fall. Ketaki has also participated in preceptorships at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, observing lung oncologists, and at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA) in the Neurosurgery and Pulmonology departments.

At Caltech, Ketaki is an Admissions Blogger and Admissions Tour Guide. In her free time, Ketaki enjoys tennis, painting, and tabla.
